Happy Monday!
How to stay motivated all through the week?
By Wednesday, most of us are running on fumes, and that's not a flaw in you, that's just
what a real week does. So here are five small things we keep coming back to:
1. You once prayed for this exact life. The job, the body that keeps showing up, the people
who check on you, it's easy to focus on what's missing. Take a moment to notice what's
already answered a prayer you once prayed.
2. Be good to tomorrow's you. Lay your clothes out tonight. Write the list before bed. It's
not about doing more, it's about giving her a softer morning.
3. Let an ordinary Tuesday feel like special. Light the candle. Take the long way home.
Play the song that makes you feel like you. You don't need an occasion to enjoy your own
life.
4. Close things out before the weekend hits. So Saturday actually gets to feel like rest,
not more to carry.
5. Be someone's good moment, just because. Send the text first. Compliment a stranger.
Hold the door a little longer. You never know who needed exactly that today.
Save this for the morning you wake up already tired. Tag the woman in your life who pours
into everyone but herself.
