Thank you so much! On Friday, before heading out of town (about 2.5 hours northeast), I had a truck and our 12-foot We Grow Food trailer, but it was missing its running lights. I figured it was Friday at 2 o’clock on a long weekend, so I didn’t think Jensen trailers would be able to fit me in for service. But they did! From the friendly greeting at the front door to speaking with someone and then a manager named Peter, who assured me we had the part I needed and could get it done right away, everything was perfect. No matter who I spoke with, they were all cheerful and eager to ensure the trailer was safe for my drive. And to make it even better, they even replaced my vent, which I was expecting to do next week when they weren’t so busy. We’ve been buying trailers from them for years, and their service has always been outstanding and phenomenal. I’m so grateful for them, especially since they made sure I left town with working lights.
