- Oversee daily program operations and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Supervise and support program staff
- Develop tailored activities and care plans for participants
- Build community partnerships and ensure compliance with policies
Qualifications:

✅ Degree in social services or related field
✅ 3+ years of supervisory experience
✅ Valid G-class license
✅ Police Vulnerable Sector Screening required
