A Note from Your Market Registrar!📌

​A huge thank you to everyone who has already printed and mailed in their registration forms! It is a massive help as I get everything prepared.

​For those still applying, please note registration is done by physical mail. 📬

Why mail is preferable:

​No Tech Glitches: Emailed PDFs and photos frequently print out blank or cut off on my end, which means I have to take extra time to manually copy your information by hand.

​No Buried Emails: Gmail automatically bundles group email replies together, meaning emailed forms easily get lost or missed in the thread.

​Saves Volunteer Time: As a volunteer, dealing with formatting issues, troubleshooting file types, and organizing digital downloads takes hours of extra time out of my day.

​Please print and mail pages 1 & 2 of your signed form along with your payment.Thank you so much for your understanding ❤️

Hi everyone!

Emails have been sent out this morning to our returning vendors with the registration forms for the 2026 Prospect Road Crafters’ Market.

Registration for returning vendors will be open from May 1st to May 15th. Registration for new vendors will open on May 15th.

Just a friendly reminder to please read and follow the Participant Guidelines carefully when applying. This will help us avoid some of the issues we had last year and keep the market fair for everyone.

Wow — what an amazing day at our 14th Annual Craft Show! We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part — our talented vendors, our wonderful shoppers, and our supportive community. You’re the reason this event continues to thrive year after year! 🎨🛍️

A big shout-out to the Toronto Blue Jays for their incredible World Series run — you made all of Canada proud! 🇨🇦💙 Your teamwork and determination are truly inspiring.

We know this year had a few bumps — we received some feedback that not everyone stuck to the vendor guidelines, and we totally understand the concerns. Just a reminder that our market is run completely by volunteers who put in a lot of time and effort to make this event happen once a year. We appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and community spirit — that’s what keeps this event going strong!

Even with a few challenges, many vendors had a great day, and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces supporting local again. ❤️
We’d love to hear your feedback or suggestions on how we can make next year’s show even better — please feel free to share your thoughts!

And don’t forget — we’ll be doing our door prize draw at our wrap-up meeting next Sunday, November 9! 🎟️✨
