• 5 awards of $1,500
• Scholarships and bursaries for youth (17–30) pursuing careers in construction and the skilled trades

Available awards include:
• Builders of Tomorrow Scholarship – Recognizes academic achievement and educational excellence in construction-related programs
• Builders of Tomorrow Bursary – Supports individuals demonstrating financial need while pursuing construction-related careers
• Darlene Sigurdson Bursary – Supports apprentices from equity-deserving and underrepresented backgrounds entering the construction industry

The Builders of Tomorrow BC Foundation is preparing to launch its 2026 awards cycle, continuing our commitment to supporting the next generation entering construction careers across British Columbia.

In the coming months, applications will open for three award streams, designed to support students, apprentices, and individuals committed to building their future in the unionized construction industry.

We’re excited to share more details soon, including eligibility, timelines, and how to apply. For now, we encourage students, apprentices, and those supporting them to stay tuned.
