Welcome to what was the original dedicated Canadian westcoast salmon barbecue- smoke competition. We expect teams from a host of different areas in eastern Canada and invite teams from the northeast part, of the United States, for this revised post Covid pilot event. This will be spread over two days, and will ran in conjunction with an equally new event, in beautiful Napanee. The location itself
offers a pleasent atmosphere and is surrounded by beautiful views whatever direction one looks. This event will be a first year event and follow all health and safety protocols to ensure we are a lean and clean event machine.
