The Garage Performance in Huntsville has been a fabulous support to our organization this year with their Maintenance That Matters program, their Grand Opening BBQ event and by driving around town with this very cool decal showing their support!

Maintenance That Matters is an initiative that Raivo and Trent started to contribute a portion of all oil changes to help feed kids. Through their trio of initiatives they have raised $9000 for our Weekends Without Hunger program! 🥰😭🙏

At just 11 years old, Jarred is proving that age is no barrier to making a difference 🏆

Not only did he take on the Limberlost Challenge running 7K, but he also finished an amazing 6th out of 161 runners, a field made up mostly of adults!

Jarred collected donations for Food4Kids Muskoka along the way - check out his race shorts proudly displaying FOOD4KIDS MUSKOKA! 🏃‍♂️💨

Jarred is also one of the amazing young leaders in Peer Project Muskoka’s Kids Supporting Kids Initiative, where he raised $750.01 in support of our Weekends Without Hunger program. ❤️

💙 What an incredible day! 💙

Yesterday, Jeremy and his amazing crew of friends hosted a community BBQ fundraiser at The Brackenrig Butcher, and thanks to the generosity of so many people, they raised an incredible $4,300 in support of Food4Kids Muskoka! 🥹

Jeremy continues to inspire us with his heart for helping other kids, and this fundraiser was another incredible example of what can happen when a community comes together.

A huge shout-out to Jeremy’s awesome crew, Ryan and Jarred, who spent the day by his side making sure every guest felt welcome and appreciated.

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Reed and everyone at The Brackenrig Butcher Reed Curry Butcher/Chef/Owner for generously donating the delicious BBQ lunch and providing such a wonderful space to bring the community together. Your kindness and support helped make this event a tremendous success. Your hearts are SO big!

We are still smiling from such an incredible event in Bracebridge a couple weeks back and wanted to extend our deepest gratitude to Muskoka Lumber and The Funky Fork for choosing to support Food4Kids Muskoka as part of the Muskoka Lumber Grand Opening celebration!

Between Muskoka Lumber’s generous $5,000 donation, The Funky Fork’s $5,000 contribution, and the incredible support from everyone who attended, donated, and participated throughout the event, the final total raised was $13,082! WOW!!

We are truly overwhelmed by the ways our Weekends Without Hunger program is supported for the kids in Muskoka. We are GRATEFUL!!
