Radio Snack is real labour of love for so many of us. We’ve done great in our first 3 months and are excited for more! We’re hoping to take April to break even on costs to be able to provide accessible tools and programming! Our dream is to build an affordable q***r makerspace where the community can make art, share skills, and run community events.

It costs us about 2,725$ in rent, insurance, internet and other supplies. We’re currently earning 1,800$ per month in membership, excluding workshop sales. That puts us at a deficit of 900$. Our goal for April is to be able to cover our costs on memberships alone. We’re more than half way there!

By supporting us monthly, your making it possible for us to keep providing access to q***r and marginalized artist and makers in Montreal. To do that, we need more members! We have two types of membership:

Community Membership (20$/month)
Drop in Tuesdays during the day and Wednesday evenings to work on your projects. If we get 10 more community members, we’ll add another open day! Anyone can sign up as a community member.

Regular Membership (100$/month)

Regular members have 24/7 access to the space and tools! You can work on a project any time! Drop by during open hours or email us to become a member to sign up.
