Notre mission est d'aider notre communauté locale pendant la pandémie de COVID-19. Nous soutenons les personnes âgées isolées et d'autres groupes à risque via différents services tels que la livraison d'épicerie et le ramassage des ordonnances, et aidons les personnes à faible revenu et les petites entreprises locales.

Our mission is to help our local community during the COVID-19 pandemic

. We support isolated seniors and other at-risk groups with their needs such as grocery delivery and prescription pickup, and help low-income individuals and local small businesses.

Did we forget already? Things that happened, things we said and did and how it changed our lives forever. It's been 5 years since the pandemic but it definitely feels longer than that!

Really grateful to have been invited to speak at CBC's This is Montreal alongside four other people from Montreal to look back at what our lives were like and how we chose our paths of contribution amidst chaos and fear.
