Rajo Aid Charity Organisation is a national non-profit making and non-governmental organization founded in 2019 but officially registered in 2020 at the Ministry of planning and Internal Affairs of Puntland State Somalia. The organization was formed by a group of young intellectuals of various professions to respond to the humanitarian needs of the community disadvantaged groups. The organization

seeks to respond positively to the everyday challenges faced by these groups namely women, children, youth, minority groups and the disabled community members in the process of reconstructing Somalia after the collapse and a decade civil war. Followed by years of inter-clan conflict in Somalia that led to the excessive destruction of both public and private infrastructures due to the lawlessness and chaos resulted in the formation of the Rajo Aid Charity Organisation. RAJO AID has been committed to contributing humanitarian relief and development for the people in the Horn of Africa by working directly with beneficiary families, communities and authorities and their representatives to achieve human rights, sustainable humanitarian services, and equitable socio-economic development that promote peace and justice.
