CUPE 4875 President Megan Roy, CUPE 4875 Tisdale and Area Representative David Vishloff, and CUPE Political Action Coordinator Tria Donaldson met with Terri Bromm, MLA for Carrot River Valley to talk about the real issues education support workers are facing.

We raised concerns about violence in the workplace, EAs doing medical procedures without being properly trained, chronic underfunding by the provincial government, and wages that are not keeping up to inflation nor reflecting the important work our members do

CUPE 4875 will keep showing up and advocating for safer workplaces, fair pay, and the respect our members deserve.✊
