"Building A Pathway to Integration: Leadership Strategies for Transitioning Internationally Educated Nurses."

This practical session with speakers Loy Asheri and Ruth Wojtiuk from the CARE Centre for Internationally Educated Nurses will provide leadership teams, human resources management, front-line staff, preceptors, and educators with practical tools to:

✔ Facilitate a smooth transition and successful integration of IENs into the workforce
✔ Empower IENs to ask for and receive the tailored supports they need for success
✔ Address issues identified by HR, leadership teams, educators, preceptors, existing nursing staff, and IENs.
