Hey everyone, Steve from Evolvement here! 👋 Today I want to share a review for a book that I highly recommend. The title of the book is "I Don't Want to Talk About it" by Terrence Real, which seems fitting for men. In this book Real explores and exposes what goes on in a lot of men’s lives around the topic of depression. Real’s thesis is that men often do have to live with their depression and pain as much as those who live with them.

The book is great for anyone to read if you are a man or have a man in your life. One of Real’s thesis is that depression looks different in men and men are afraid to talk about it. Another is that men never get diagnosed with depression, when that is what they are dealing with. Throughout the book he gives multiple examples from his role as a therapist with men and their families who come to see him. A very helpful book for any man or those who love a man, and I highly recommend this book to you! 📚
