Let your thoughts be known. Take the survey. Do so multiple times. Don't let the entire Province have their way with those of us who, in combination, own a collective 85% of all of Nova Scotias coastline.

Welcome fellow Nova Scotians and friends alike.

This page is dedicated to thoughtful conversation involving the proposed "Coastal Protection act".

Our mission, to ensure that those of us who own coastal properties in NS are treated fairly by our Municipal and Provincial leaders and those who support them in seeking to implement the proposed "Coastal Protections Act".

As 85% of Nova Scotias coastline is privately owned WE should have the largest say in the matter.

This is an urgent, burgeoning on desperate time for us Coastal Property Owners. We're in serious risk of our property values plummeting as a direct result of this Act as presently proposed being enacted into law. It won't happen over time, folks. Our properties will be devalued IMMEDIATELY the moment the act goes into effect. How many will become upside-down in their mortgages due to this? No doubt thousands.

Frankly the rules and legislation already in place are more than suitable for for protecting Nova Scotias coastline. However, we're open to discuss how we might better enhance the very practical provisions already in place. Resolve may come from not only adding to but perhaps also taking from the existing. There's got to be some sensible, common ground to be found here.

We Coastal property owners are all about thoughtfully protecting our shorelines, but not at OUR personal expense.

SAY NO TO THE PRESENTLY PROPOSED "COASTAL PROTECTIONS ACT'.

Lets make our voices heard before its too late!

Below is the contact information of those that need to hear us. Contact them now and repeatedly.
