NorWest Community Health Centres-Longlac Site Health care and health promotion programs We consider the social, emotional and financial needs of our clients, since these factors affect a person's health.

We make special efforts to serve people who have a higher risk of poor health, or people who are having difficulty finding health care because of language, cultural barriers, poverty or isolation. The Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care funds the NorWest Community Health Centres. A volunteer board of directors governs our operations. As part of a network of 73 Community Health Centres, we have been providing services for more than 20 years.
