Today, we showed our heartfelt gratitude to the brave men and women of the Kingston Police and first responders who risk their lives to keep us safe.
As a community, we came together to offer a special Loving Kindness and Relaxation Meditation program, led by the compassionate Bante Jinananda, Chief Thero of the Hilda Jayawardanaramaya Temple in Ottawa.
We're honored to have shared this moment of peace and appreciation with our heroes in blue. Thank you for all that you do!
