The Kimberley Farmers' Market is kicking off its 12th season, bringing another summer of fresh local food, talented artisans, live music, family fun, and community connection to the heart of downtown Kimberley.

From kids' activities and creative community programming to the new Kootenay Piano Works Music Lab, there's something for everyone to enjoy all season long.

🎶 Tonight's opening market features live music from Ivan Palomares and Natalie Krause.

Come support local, connect with friends, meet your favourite vendors, and help celebrate another fantastic season of the Kimberley Farmers' Market.

Join us for Off the Clock — a casual monthly meet & greet hosted by the Kimberley & District Chamber of Commerce.

Held on the last Wednesday of each month, this relaxed gathering is a chance to connect with fellow business owners, Chamber members, and community members in a welcoming, informal setting.

Melody Ford is looking for a Journeyperson Automotive Technician or 3rd/4th year apprentice to join our team in Kimberley, BC!

Our community is situated in the Kootenay Rockies, and we think we're pretty fortunate. It could be because of the scenery, or the endless activities, or simply because our people make it a good place to live, work, learn and play!

About The Position:

As a technician with the Melody Ford, the selected candidate will be tasked with the diagnosis and repair of automobiles. Everything from engine, to suspension, to driveline and electrical, our team does it all! Our team primarily works on Ford based vehicles, but we have plenty of other brands coming through our shop!

We also provide paid Ford Training for continuous technician improvement and progression!

Background and Skills:

Valid Driver's License (Required)
OEM Dealership Experience (Recommended)
Red Seal Certification (Recommended)
BC CVSE Inspector's License
Tools for The Trade
Competency with Computer Systems
Competency with Diagnostic Software and Repair Manuals
A successful candidate must bring a great attitude, motivation, and drive, to bring our customers the best service in the industry!
