For those who have served, greatness is built on more than skill—it comes from a deep love for duty, unwavering commitment, and the sacrifices made for something greater than oneself.

Every challenge faced, every obstacle overcome, reflects the courage and dedication that define a veteran’s journey.

As we look back on the past year, we’re deeply grateful to everyone who supported our veterans in any way — through volunteering, donations, or simply spreading the word. Every gesture, big or small, helps us continue our mission and reminds those who served that they are never forgotten.

At Canadian Veterans Services Society, we see this truth every day. Real strength is forged in perseverance, courage, and the decision to keep going, especially in moments no one else can see.

It lives in the hearts of those who rise after setbacks, who ask for help when needed, and who choose hope over hardship.

That unwavering resolve is what carries individuals, families, and communities forward, and it’s something we are honoured to support and stand beside. 💙

We’re counting down to an incredible day of connection, learning, and community 🌱💙

The First Annual “Spring Into Mental Health” Symposium is happening on April 25, 2026, bringing together veterans, first responders, families, and mental health professionals for a powerful and meaningful experience. This full-day event is designed to inspire hope and resilience through engaging keynote speakers, hands-on workshops, open discussions, table talks, live entertainment, and a BBQ lunch shared in community.

We’re proud to shine a spotlight on Jon Archambault, along with a special appearance by Canadian rock/country artist Julian Austin, adding even more heart to an already impactful day. Attendees are encouraged to bring a food donation or monetary contribution in support of Soldier’s Memorial Box, helping extend the spirit of care beyond the symposium itself.

Vendors are still welcome to join us, and limited overnight accommodations are available.

If you haven’t made plans yet, this is your reminder—this is a mental health event you truly won’t want to miss.

Our volunteers are the heart of Canadian Veterans Services Society. They show up with compassion, understanding, and a genuine commitment to those who’ve served. For Veterans, that kindness can mean a listening ear, a helping hand, or simply knowing they’re not alone.

To every volunteer: your dedication makes a lasting difference in the lives of those who’ve given so much for our country.

True support means facing challenges together, not turning away. Every act of understanding, listening, and standing with someone in need helps lighten their burden. Let’s be present, aware, and compassionate—because empathy is action.
