This past month we hosted our 4th annual mental health event at the Innovation Center in Kelowna, BC! We want to thank all of our incredible panelists, attendees, volunteers, and sponsors in helping us put on such a meaningful event for the community focused on the most pressing mental health topics and social issues of today. This event could have easily gone on for 8 hours or more and we are so grateful to those who came and supported us! More importantly, a big shout out goes to the attendees who took time out of their day to work on themselves or took information away to help someone else.

Through this event, Mind of Mine was able to donate $2,000.00 towards to help pay for counseling services for those who cannot afford them!

Our goal has always been to do our part in ending the stigma. We told ourselves when we started that if we could save one life or help one person, all the effort and energy our volunteers put in is worth it 💙
