Women’s History Month in Canada - October 2026

Since 1920, the Catholic Women’s League has been a steadfast force for faith, service, and social justice.

During Women’s History Month, we honour the CWL women—past and present—whose dedication has shaped our parishes, strengthened our communities, and made a meaningful impact across Canada and the world.

With gratitude, we celebrate more than a century of women who lead with courage, compassion, and unwavering faith. 💙✨

On Sunday, July 5, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in one of three meaningful service projects:

💙 A visit to the Regional Food Distribution Association

💙 Kindness rock painting to spread hope in the community

💙 A guided spiritual reflection and dignity of human life workshop

🙏🏻 Throughout the convention, you’ll experience a powerful two‑part faith program, “Where Faith Grows, Love Flows,” designed to nourish your spirit and deepen your walk with Christ.

🔥 We are also blessed to welcome Betty Colaneri as our keynote speaker, who will lead us on an inspiring journey through the national theme: Ignite Your Passion, Empower His Mission.

And of course — the heart of every CWL gathering — there will be faith, fun, hugs, laughter, and the beautiful gift of sisterhood from beginning to end.
