Brady—a former pro hockey player turned one of Canada’s top mental-health speakers—shares a powerful story of trauma, addiction, and recovery that has inspired communities across North America.

Jenna, a Muskoka-born mother, entrepreneur, and mental-health advocate, brings a grounded, heartfelt presence shaped by lived experience and community connection.

Together, they’re bringing authenticity, courage, and hope to this year’s Sober Gala. 💛

We are honoured to welcome Ashley Correia to the stage at this year’s Sober Gala.

Ashley is a teacher, homeschooling mama, author, and the heart behind Curiously Connected Readers—a literacy program supporting children across Muskoka. She also co-founded Muskoka Rink Rats alongside her husband, bringing connection, authenticity, and community into everything she does.

Erin is a mom, fitness & nutrition coach, studio owner, and mindset mentor who will be celebrating 13 years of sobriety this January. With 27 years of coaching experience and multiple awards — including Most Influential Business Person of 2023 — Erin brings a grounded, real-life perspective to recovery, resilience, and personal transformation.

Her journey is a powerful reminder that true change begins when we stop hiding, embrace our struggles, and learn to love ourselves fully. 🌟

As we get closer to this year’s Sober Gala, we’re thrilled to announce another special speaker joining us… Jennifer Armishaw-Adair. 💛

Jennifer is a Registered Psychotherapist serving the Bracebridge and Huntsville communities, using evidence-based approaches like attachment-focused EMDR and the Gottman Method to help individuals and families heal and grow.

With over 17 years of service — including co-founding Christine’s Place, Muskoka’s first Pregnancy Resource Centre — Jennifer’s heart for compassionate, accessible care shines through everything she does. 🌟

We’re honoured to welcome her to the stage this year and can’t wait for you to hear her speak.
