Now that the weather is starting act like spring, the LeRoy Community Centre Walking Track will be closed for the season.

Well 174 days ago we started scrubbing the surface in preparation for putting in the ice. Today we finished scrubbing the last remains of that ice out. But who's counting!

A enthusiastic Thank You to the amazing volunteers who go above and beyond to help the LeRoy Community Centre operate so smoothly.

A personal Thank You to the board of directors, Darlene and her crew, Lirio, Robert, and of course my crew (and all of our families for putting up with it) for their dedication to maintain this facility's reputation as one of the best rinks in the region.

Ice broke up and hauled away. Halfway done scrubbing white paint off. As soon as the battery charges up, the rest will be done.

WATER ADVISORY

Asking the community to borrow - water pumps or rack and taps for 5 gallon jugs. We are in need of 6 total.

There is a Friday evening and all day Saturday event at the rink this weekend.

In addition, due to the water Advisory we want to remind everyone to please bring a full water bottle with them to the rink all week!
