This is what Community is.all about! These two beautiful souls drove from Quill Lake because they are concerned with the plight of those who are struggling with food insecurity and wanted to help feed them! We had a blast with Isabelle and Sherry, with their new pal, our own Frannie! Thank you for asking all the right questions and being a part of the solution ❤️

We had a windy cold day for our BBQ today but the generosity of Neil, Dawn and Conlan of South 20 and all the great community members who also braved the cold, warmed our hearts!!💞 Thank you for all your support and many thanks to Connie, Tammy and Moe who joined me to ensure that this event would be successful!

🚓🚑🚒 Humboldt Emergency Services is proud to team up with Terry’s No Frills for our STUFF THE BUS Fundraiser, and we can’t wait to come together as a community to make a difference!

📍 Terry’s No Frills
⏰ 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

We’re asking for food item donations to help fill the "BUS" (ambulance) and support the Humboldt and District Foodbank & Humboldt Community Soup Kitchen. THE BEST PART? 100% of donations stay local and go directly back into our community.

We’ve got some extra fun planned too:
🔥 Every donation earns you a chance to dunk a firefighter in the dunk tank
🎉 Plus receive 1 entry to win a $250 Terry’s No Frills gift card

We’re incredibly excited to partner with Terry’s No Frills and work together to support families in our community. We know Humboldt always shows up in a big way, and we can’t wait to see everyone there helping us fill the bus!

Hi everyone! We are just checking in to express our gratitude for the wonderful support we receive in order to continue serving the most vulnerable in our greater community. To all the community members, businesses and organizations: we appreciate you and treasure our relationships with you!
It is the perfect moment to thank our amazing volunteers who help us to accomplish our goals which highlight sending food weekly to struggling families.

As part of our commitment to help alleviate food insecurity, we fundraise and apply for funding, so that we can continue to operate.

The cost of living has increased to the point of causing hardship to so many. It is now affecting two-parent families who have employment but cannot keep their heads above water. Folks who never thought they would be in a vulnerable position!

Your generosity and compassion is key for our operation. For that we are so thankful.

These are the upcoming fundraisers we are taking part in, to help fund our service. We sure hope to see you there!

Humboldt Summer Sizzler returns June 25–28, followed by Canada Day celebrations on July 1!

From the midway and the Living Skies Music Festival to the parade, pancake breakfast, family activities, car show, and fireworks, this year's lineup is packed with fun for the whole family.

Come on down to South 20 at 81 Main St for a burger & pop on Friday JUNE 12 11:30-1:30
We are so thankful that South 20 has decided to help address the crisis of food insecurity in our community!
Come be a part of raising funds for the Humboldt Community Soup Kitchen and enjoy a burger or two!
If you call ahead, we can prep the burgers for your work mates, friends and/or family, bag it and you can pick it up. Easy, peasy! Call the morning of June 12th and it’ll get done!
