Today was a special day for our oldest school agers, as they went shopping at the Independent for the Food & Grocery Pantry with the funds they raised at our recent Children's Art Show. There was so much pride and excitement in the voices as they told me about all the good deals they got! Community stewardship at its very BEST!

We want to thank Alicia Crouse and the Hubbards Pharmasave for donating a huge lot of slow moving items for our Food & Grocery Pantry a couple months ago. These personal care items are very highly coveted by users of the Pantry, and we just used the last of them today. It takes a village, and we sure love our village businesses!
