IBEW Local 2330’s ICI (Industrial / Commercial / institutional) collective agreement has a total Journeyperson wage package of $60.36 per hour. Our collective agreements have overtime provisions, height pay, travel pay, living allowances, etc. Your current employer competes with IBEW signatory contractors regularly for this work and they pay these wages and benefits to all their employees.
