FINAL REPORT CARD CALL OUT!

This post is for all parents to ECN students near and far to submit the final report cards for each child(ren). As well as for any year long awards and achievements that were awarded throughout the academic year, from the school or from extracurricular activities. Each student can submit a total of 3 General Interest Awards and 3 Extracurricular awards per year and each totaling $50 per award that will be giving to the student in a Walmart gift card. Each student receiving an award will also receive a hoodie and certificate.

Parents/caregivers/guardians can submit the final report cards/awards and achievements by email or in person. you can contact the Office Manager via phone and email. Or stop in at the office located at the Chief Dan Minde Research Centre (PnR Building), second floor, last door on the right.

EETF is collecting all the names of the ECN students who have graduated from high school. The Annual Awards Night Event will be held on August 26th, 2026 and this is where EETF will be honoring all high school graduates with a gift and certificate along with all our Kindergarten to Grade 12 students on their academic achievements. It'll be a night of fun, with great food, entertainment and cool door prizes to be won.

If you are a parent/caregiver/guardian of a high school graduate please contact the Office Manager via phone or email to add your child to the list of graduates. All graduates will be receiving a hoodie and certificate at the awards night event, and potentially additional awards depending on final report card submission and grades. So please also submit the final report cards for all students and any year long awards that the student may have received throughout the academic year.

Save the date! August 26th, 2026
EETF Annual Awards Night Celebration for our Kindergarten to grade 12 graduates.

All parents/caregivers/guardians must submit final report cards to the EETF Office Manager once they become available. Deadline to submit is August 12, 2026. This includes any year long awards that the student may have earned throughout the academic year. This falls under General Interest Award and Extracurricular Awards. A student can submit up to 3 each.
