Ongoing maintenance and upgrades continue at our site thanks to Bryon Bambrick. Four rain barrels with two diverters are now installed at the clubhouse building providing us with necessary non-potable water on site. 💦
The seeds we planted in the big flower bed out front are also growing in well. 🌺🌿❤️

We are so grateful to the Hinton Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) team and Hinton Fire Rescue for taking the time to practice at our site today and providing insights into how we can best be prepared in case of a wildfire.

Thanks also to Bryon Bambrick for coordinating this joint effort, ongoing maintenance, and making progress on our emergency preparedness plan. 🌟🌟🌟

As we proceed with improvements to our site, we are so grateful to have support from local businesses! A big shoutout to:
1. West Central Contracting for the gravel donation and delivery to our clubhouse building as we continue “FireSmart”ing our high use maintenance area.
2. Mark Deagle Log Building for replacing the steel posts inside of our clubhouse with log posts
3. Caylor Contracting for ongoing support

Also a shoutout to Bryon Bambrick for the months of hard work and dedication spent this year doing ongoing maintenance on site. We wouldn’t have been able to get to where we are at today without you volunteering your time, skills, and energy. We appreciate you! 😊
