FCR is a 100% volunteer, foster-based dog rescue in Ontario. 🐾 Focusing on quality care, compassion, education, and community involvement. 🫶🏻 Full Circle Rescue does not have a facility and is strictly a foster based organization based out of Southern Ontario. We exist to save, protect, and improve the lives of abandoned, neglected, and surrendered dogs; the ones at the highest risk of euthanasia.

Rescue Story: Hanna was found as a tiny puppy after being hit by a car on the road leading to the shelter. Soon after rescuing her, she was diagnosed with parvovirus, but she fought bravely and survived. Unfortunately, her injured leg couldn’t be saved and had to be amputated. Despite everything she has endured from such a young age, Hanna remains a strong, joyful survivor.

Personality: Hanna is a sweet, affectionate, and incredibly resilient girl. She loves both people and other dogs and always greets you with a happy spirit. She enjoys playtime, seeks out cuddles, and learns new things quickly thanks to her obedient, curious nature. Hanna doesn’t let her missing leg slow her down, she’s full of life, energy, and love to give.

Ideal Home: Hanna would thrive with an active family who appreciates her brave heart and joyful personality. She can live comfortably in a house or apartment as long as she has access to parks or green spaces to explore.

With her loving nature and strong will to live, Hanna is ready to be the loyal, happy companion someone has been waiting for.

POV: You’re Nala and you’ve been waiting for your adoption application to come in… 🧍🏻‍♀️😂 👀

Seriously though… WHERE IS HER PERSON?!

This silly girl has been waiting, and somehow no one has scooped her up yet. 💔

Nala is 2 years old, 53 lbs of Shepherd/Malinois, and approximately 100% personality. 😂

She’s smart. She’s affectionate. She’s loyal. She LOVES her toys. She LOVES her people. She knows her commands and genuinely enjoys learning. She’s house-trained, great in the car, and comfortable being left alone.

And once Nala trusts you?
You have a best friend for life. ❤️

She’s also a young working-breed girl who needs someone who understands her. New people and unfamiliar situations can be a little overwhelming, so she needs patience, structure, continued training and someone who will help her build confidence.

Nala would love to be your one-and-only pet and would do best without young children.

She may not be the dog for everyone.

But we have a feeling she’s EXACTLY the dog someone out there has been looking for.

So… Shepherd people. Working-breed people. Active people. Dog-savvy people.

This is Claire’s story. 💗

We’ve shared Claire before, but she’s still waiting for someone to choose her.

In October 2024, Claire was found tied up outside a rescue shelter in Mexico, alongside another dog. Somehow, after everything she’s been through, she’s remained the sweetest, happiest girl.

Today, Claire loves her people, adores the outdoors, and especially loves being part of an active pack. She’s happiest exploring somewhere new, going for walks, sniffing everything in sight, and hanging out with her doggy boyfriend. At the end of the day all she wants to do is nap around 😴 🐾🌲

She’s house trained, crate trained, walks beautifully on leash, dog friendly and has been tested with cats at the shelter and did wonderfully with proper introductions.

She’s ready for a family of her own.

Claire has been overlooked long enough. Maybe this time, her person will see her. 🥹🤍

✨ MEET DDING! ✨

📍 Trent Lakes, ON | 🐾 5-year-old Bichon Frise | ⚖️ 13 lbs of tiny perfection

Small dog. BIG cuddle bug. Professional shadow. 🤍

Dding (or Dingy, Dinger, Ding Ding… he’s a man of many names 😂) is a sweet little gentleman whose favourite place is wherever you are.

He’s happiest following his people around, soaking up some sunshine or settling in beside you for a serious couch session. And when it comes to walks? This little guy is a DREAM. 🙌 He walks beautifully beside you, doesn’t pull and is pretty unbothered by the world around him.

Basically, Dding is 13 lbs of fluff, cuddles and “where are you going because I’m coming too.” 🥹🤍

MEET PANDA🐼🤍

Looking for a dog who can basically just… move in and understand the assignment?Meet Panda. 😂

This sweet girl is the definition of easygoing. She’s calm, affectionate, wonderfully well-mannered and perfectly happy spending her day lounging beside her favourite humans. But grab the leash or the car keys and she’s ready to come along for the adventure!

✨ MEET ROBIN✨

Robin has one very important request for her forever home: KIDS, PLEASE. 😂❤️

This 4-year-old, 101lb gentle giant absolutely adores children and would love nothing more than a family where she can be right in the middle of the action; supervising playtime, following everyone from room to room, soaking up attention and, of course, joining the family for a well-earned couch nap. 💤

Robin is wonderfully calm, potty trained and well-mannered. She gets along with other dogs (especially fellow couch potatoes!) and can even live with dog-savvy cats. But kids? Those are her people.🥹

When she’s not busy being the world’s biggest family shadow, Robin enjoys:
🥒 Cucumbers
🧊 Ice cubes
🚗 Car rides
🧦 Stealing the occasional dirty sock… nobody’s perfect.

Claire’s Monday agenda: go somewhere, sniff everything, come home happy. 🐾🌲

Claire is one of those dogs who appreciates the good stuff in life, a nice walk, somewhere new to explore, plenty of interesting smells and a cozy place to crash when the day is done. 🤍

She’s a gentle, medium-energy girl who can be a little shy at first, but once you’re in her circle, you’ve got yourself a pretty wonderful sidekick.

She’s house trained, crate trained, walks beautifully on leash and has done well with dogs and cats with proper introductions. Basically, Claire already has the important stuff figured out, now she just needs someone to share the fun with.
