📚 Book Fair — Bring, Swap, and Find Your Next Read! 📚

We warmly invite all families and book lovers to our very first Book Fair — on Sunday, July 5th! 🇵🇱

Anyone with books can set them out to swap or sell for a small symbolic cost. And if you're looking for something new to read, you're sure to find real treasures here!

🧸 It's an especially wonderful chance to pick up Polish children's books — helping our little ones stay close to their mother tongue.

😋🍽️ What a wonderful first cooking workshop!

We had an amazing time gathering around the kitchen and creating a delicious, classic Polish Dinner this past Saturday! Together, we prepped and plated Breaded Pork Cutlets, Mashed Potatoes, and three different salads: Cucumber Salad, Red Cabbage Coleslaw, and a Sauerkraut Salad. 🇵🇱

❤️ A big THANK YOU to everyone who joined us, rolled up their sleeves, and brought such great fun, energy, and atmosphere to the kitchen! No one walked away hungry, and it was a joy to work with such a passionate group of food lovers!

🌟 A MASSIVE THANK YOU to Zuza for investing so much time, knowledge and passion into helping us learn to make all these different dishes. Your instructions and tips made this dinner into a real feast!

😋🍽️ To były wspaniałe pierwsze warsztaty kulinarne!

W ubiegłą sobotę spotkaliśmy się w kuchni, aby wspólnie przygotować klasyczny polski obiad. Na naszych talerzach znalazły się panierowane kotlety schabowe, purée ziemniaczane oraz trzy tradycyjne surówki: mizeria, surówka z czerwonej kapusty i surówka z kiszonej kapusty. 🇵🇱

❤️ Dziękujemy wszystkim, którzy do nas dołączyli! Wasza energia, zaangażowanie i świetny humor sprawiły, że te warsztaty były naprawdę wyjątkowe. Mamy nadzieję, że każdy wyszedł nie tylko z nowymi umiejętnościami, ale także z pełnym brzuchem!

🌟 Szczególne podziękowania dla Zuzy, która poświęciła swój czas, wiedzę i pasję, aby pokazać nam, jak przygotować te tradycyjne polskie potrawy. Dzięki Twoim wskazówkom stworzyliśmy prawdziwą ucztę!

⚽Polonia Cup 2026⚽
And just like that, the second edition of NS Polonia Cup⚽️ has come to a close!

📢From the opening whistle to the final kick💫, our players showed great passion, resilience, and amazing teamwork on the field.
With 3 hours of action-packed matches, there were a number of memorable plays, some really great saves, as well as some epic goals, with our MVP scoring a beautiful bottom corner shot! 💥
Three amazing teams with a total of 23 goals scored ⚽

A big congratulations to all the winners of the Polonia Cup 2026!
We are so proud of our players hard work 💪
