The East Beaches Regional Complex Board under the registered brand of Living360 exists in partnership with the East Beaches communities and their designated government, economic and social organizations. As the grassroots voice and strength of the community, the elected Board of the EBRC and its members are dedicated to provision of exemplary recreational, wellness and lifestyle facilities and opp
ortunities for families, individuals and guests of the beautiful East Beaches of Manitoba. Our mission is to develop and construct a sustainable multi-use regional complex to meet the needs of the current East Beaches Region and to provide for subsequent growth of the 32 communities on the east shores of Lake Winnipeg. Living360 is a promise to develop projects that provide the East Beaches community with health security, support for quality-of-life assets and activities, along with empowering our full time and seasonal residents with the means to embrace their physical and social well-being. Phase I is the Living 360 Primary Care facility providing Doctor's offices, diagnostic services, wellness education access and a pharmacy to the 32 surrounding communities. Phase II is the construction of an indoor aquatic centre, a senior's centre, a youth centre, an expanded wellness centre, plus sports and banquet facilities. To perpetuate sustainability there are provisions for adjacent commercial spaces to provide goods and services for residents which are complementary to or which expand upon the existing businesses that cater to the 32 communities within the East Beaches. Phase III focuses upon the development of affordable housing units for our growing and our aging populations in addition to a personal care facility for residents who are no longer able to maintain an independent lifestyle or who chose to age in place under the care of dedicated professionals.
