❤️ A huge thank you to the team at Canadian Natural's Horizon and Albian sites for a successful workplace campaign!
Led by Campaign Chair Janice Young and Rael Brown, dedicated employee volunteers, and partners like Clean Harbours, this campaign brought employees together in support of a stronger, more connected Wood Buffalo.
From Taco in a Bag lunches at both Horizon and Albian, to BBQs, a 50/50 draw, a prize draw, and a strong push for employee ePledges, the team found creative and engaging ways to support United Way Fort McMurray and Wood Buffalo while strengthening their workplace culture.
One of the most impactful ways employees chose to support the campaign was through ePledges and payroll deductions. Small contributions throughout the year add up to meaningful support for local programs and services. Best of all, donations stay local, helping individuals and families across the Wood Buffalo region. Through Canadian Natural's matching program, employee contributions go even further, increasing the impact of every dollar invested in our community.
Through their generosity and commitment, Canadian Natural employees are helping build a stronger, more connected region and ensuring local agencies can continue supporting those who need them most.
