🚨 WE NEED HEAD COACHES! Espanola Minor Hockey kids are waiting to play! 🚨

Right now, we have eager players sitting on our waiting lists simply because we do not have enough coaches to get them on the ice. We need your help to change that! 🏒
We are looking for head coaches to lead our teams for the upcoming season. Ideally, we want people who have previous hockey experience so you can hit the ground running with team practices and game strategies. Please don't let these players miss out on the season. If you know the game and want to make a massive difference for this community, your help on the bench is needed.

The NOHA is launching a new initiative to address rink behaviour and build a healthier culture across our region. We need a team of fair, objective leaders to help review and resolve conduct incidents.

Are you a lawyer, teacher, first responder, or professional skilled in accountability? We need your voice.

Commitment: ~100 hours/year

Perks: Stipend + full travel coverage

Goal: A better game for our kids
