144 Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps Fort Frances We are a youth program for teens 12-18. This program is funded by DND, Local Navy League Branch and Local Sponsors.

We provide drill, marksmanship, Seamanship, leadership and instructional technique classes (to name a few), all in a nautical environment. We participate in Classes on Leadership, Instructional Technique, Marksmanship, Seamanship, History, Drill, Citizenship, Community Service and Physical Fitness. We have a Sailing weekend, A Nautical Weekend, A Seamanship Inter-Divisional Competition weekend, A

Marksmanship Training Day and A Sports Day. We participate in the Remembrance Day cenotaphs in Devlin, Emo, Manitou Rapids, Barwick and Stratton. Cadets have a opportunity to attend Summer Training Centres in Kingston, Ontario (HMCS Ontario) and Cornwallis, Nova Scotia (HMCS Acadia).
