We’re all set and ready for our caregivers today!

One thing we love about being at the farm is that we can bring so many more supplies and creative materials. Every time we unload the car, I think about how nice it would be to have a little studio one day….it would definitely make things easier! Until then, we’re so grateful for spaces that allow us to spread out and create together.

A huge thank you to Fiat Farm for welcoming us today.

We’re also incredibly grateful to Floraline Farm for generously donating so many craft materials for today’s activities. Your kindness helps make these gatherings extra special.

And a special shout-out to Café Bon Vivant for taking such good care of us over the past two years. We always appreciate your support.

We are so lucky to be surrounded by people and local businesses that believe in community and helping one another. Thank you, friends, for being part of this journey with us. ❤️

When Mother Nature has a sense of humour... 🌧️☀️

After days of beautiful sunshine, Mother Nature decided to open the skies on the very day we planned to host *Heart & Art for Caregivers* under the willow trees.

So, we did what caregivers do best….we adapted.

While we had imagined gathering outdoors beneath the willows, we’ve moved into the Quonset, where we’ll stay warm and cozy during the storm.

Here’s a little sneak peek of our new setting for the day! More to discover tomorrow.

A reminder that community isn’t about perfect weather or perfect plans. It’s about coming together, sharing space, and finding joy in the moment—rain or shine.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone for an afternoon of creativity, connection, and a little well-deserved time for themselves.

Heart & Art for caregivers is happening this weekend!

Open to all caregivers—whether you're a parent of a child with a disability, an adult caring for an aging parent, a spouse, or any other type of caregiver, you're welcome here.

Just a friendly reminder that we'll be gathering at Fiat Farm for the summer not the dome.

Weather permitting, we'll be creating under the willow trees, surrounded by nature and the peaceful beauty of the farm.

Come enjoy a relaxing afternoon of art, conversation, and community. We can't wait to spend this special time with you all!

Cœur & Art pour les proches aidants a lieu cette fin de semaine!

Cette activité est ouverte à tous les proches aidants — que vous soyez parent d’un enfant en situation de handicap, adulte prenant soin d’un parent vieillissant, conjoint aidant ou toute autre personne offrant du soutien à un proche, vous êtes les bienvenus.

Petit rappel que, pour la saison estivale, nous nous réunirons à la Ferme Fiat et non dans le dôme.

Si la météo le permet, nous créerons sous les saules, entourés de la nature et de la beauté paisible de la ferme.

Venez profiter d’un après-midi relaxant d’art, de conversations et de communauté. Nous avons très hâte de partager ce moment spécial avec vous!

On the second day of tracing the outlines of the drawings, Leslie and I had a lovely visit from Meghann and the Baker children. Over some delicious Oreos, it was so much fun hearing their thoughts about their favorite parts of the design and what they would love to see on the mural we are preparing for the children…

And yes, the kids want to participate too, and we promised them a board of their very own so they can let their imagination run free.

Everyone is welcome to come visit us on Saturday during the day if you’d like to see the progress, or simply bring a lunch and spend some time with us on the property.

Le deuxième jour où nous avons tracé les contours des dessins, Leslie et moi avons eu de la belle visite de Meghann et des enfants Baker. Autour d’un délicieux Oreo, c’était super agréable d’entendre leurs commentaires sur leur partie préférée du design et sur ce qu’ils aimeraient voir sur la murale que nous préparons pour les enfants…

Eh oui, les enfants ont envie de participer, et nous leur avons promis de leur faire une planche bien à eux afin qu’ils puissent laisser aller leur imagination.

Tout le monde est le bienvenu à venir nous voir samedi durant la journée si vous avez envie de découvrir les progrès, ou simplement venir prendre un lunch sur la propriété et passer un moment avec nous.
