Are you interested in learning more about the Community Groups available in Elliot Lake? New to town and looking to get out of the house and get involved in the community while meeting new people? Have you heard about a cool club in town and want more info? Well you’re in luck!

The City of Elliot Lake is hosting a FREE Community Group Showcase on Saturday, April 18 at Collins Hall from 11am to 3pm

Members from local groups will be there to answer any questions you may have about them and let you know how to join if you are interested. There's something here for all ages with a variety of different types of organizations. Make sure you stop by and find the right fit for you.

Bring them to one of our quilting days at the Gentle Shepherd Christian Church (3 Ottawa Ave) on Tuesdays any time from 9am-4pm

Quilts for Survivors is asking communities, organizations, and supporters to share this poster far and wide. Please post it on your social media, print it out for your Band Office, health centre, friendship centre, community board, school, or workplace, and help us reach survivors who may not know this service is available.

Quilts for Survivors began in 2021 with the vision of seeing all living survivors wrapped in a quilt. We honour the journeys of Residential School Survivors, Day School Survivors, 60’s Scoop Survivors, and those who have gone through the foster care system.

Help us make sure survivors in every community know they can request a quilt.
