U9 Boys/U9 Girls: Saturday, Citywide play, times vary each week plus one practice TBD
U11 Boys/U11 Girls: Saturday, Citywide play, times vary each week plus one practice TBD

This summer, Edmonton Arts Council is thrilled to once again partner with the City of Edmonton to present Green Shack Shows. Throughout August, free concerts and performances will happen five days a week at Green Shacks across the city. This FridayAugust 14, Parkview gets its own show! Come to green shack at 2:30 PM to see “Duffy’s Puppets presents, The Durflings Maskqueeni Selfini”

Busy that afternoon? Our friends at Laurier Heights Community League is hosting the same show, same day at 11:00 AM 🎉

Happy August! Here is the Parkview Community League's August 2026 newsletter! We're a bit behind getting to the printer, but we hope hard copies will be in your mailboxes within the next week or so.

PVCL is looking for some community volunteers to help recognize the amazing efforts of our neighbours.

Our Neighbourhood in Bloom recognizes beautiful yards in Edmonton and we are looking at you to select the best in Parkview.

Signs/postcards along with a small route will be available for pickup at the hall Tuesday July 14 from 7:30-8:30pm.

You can head out then in a group, or select at your leisure over the next week. Young and old everyone is welcome.

Clarification: The Parkview Community League Board is not organizing or facilitating this meeting. This event is being organized by a group of Parkview community members, and we shared the information on our social media channels simply to raise awareness of the event and its location. We apologize for any confusion caused by the wording of the original post.

⚠️ A Restrictive Covenant meeting will be held at Parkview Hall this Tuesday (June 23rd) from 7:00pm-9:00pm. A lawyer will be in attendance to talk high level about RCs and answer any of your questions!

We need your help!! Parkview is a large neighbourhood - there are close to 1000 homes in West Parkview alone. So we are asking for volunteers to act as Block captains within their immediate areas to help coordinate their neighbours around RCs.

Please register your interest in an RC by scanning the QR code at the bottom of the second slide!
