All day I have caught myself thinking about this day 10 years ago. We tried everything to get you to come so we could meet you, walk a tone up hills l, eat spicy, even drank castor oil, and so much more because your daddy was supposed to go back to work the next day. Daddy fell asleep while was laying watching TV shortly after midnight when I felt a pop and felt wet so I woke Daddy andet me tell you I have never seen him move so fast it was time. I got him to calm down and get the rest of the stuff ready while I sent the message to let the family know had mom come stay with Keanna and Mathew then we went to the hospital so excited to finally meet you. Now I dred going to sleep even though im exhausted because it means Im waking up without you and but this time on your 10th birthday. I miss and love you so very much my sweet Karter John Richard Bourgeault

Hey all ... I have been going to the benches and alot of the rocks that are decorated have come off ... if anyone would like to redecorate theirs or new ones I will go seal them well so the stay nice... you can also make it a nice end of summer craft to help us make the area nice for the boys in heaven

Everything single part of Karters journey and fight is important. Everything that is done to make it a little easier is ao important. Imagine being 5/6 yrs old being pinned to a table by a mask while a huge machine goes around you. Its so scary so to have a fun mask to make it a little less scary is so special and goes so far to help

July 26 2022 ... "D" day ... I hope you never have to have one... this is the day we got pulled into a room full of Dr's and Nurses and told our 5 yr baby boy Karter John Richard Bourgeault had a terminal brain tumor DIPG ... "There is nothing that can be done Karter has 2 months to 2 years if your lucky" GO HOME AND MAKE MEMORIES... How is it OK that that sentence even exists
