Since its inception, RMBS has been privileged to take place on Treaty 6, 7, and 8 land, which include our past conferences in Banff and Kananaskis, our present-day conference in Jasper, and our home in Edmonton.

On today, Canada’s National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, we urge our RMBS community to take time and reflect on what it means to live and work on the traditional lands of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples. Today and every day we mourn for the Indigenous peoples of this country, and remember both the survivors of residential schools and those who never made it home.
