Ryley Citizens On Patrol Who are Citizens On Patrol? We are citizens in the community who volunteer and act as an extra set of eyes in watching what is happening in the neighborhood.

The R.C.O.P.A role is to be “extra eyes and ears” & assist in helping keep the community safer.

On behalf of Ryley Legion Br. 192 and Ryley Citizens on Patrol…what can we say other than…
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

The community and local business support (silent auction items) was phenomenal.

Mad Platter’s dinner was amazing with everyone who wanted seconds were able to have some.

Bob Beddow, the comedian was hilarious with regular everyday antidotes we all could apply to our own lives and even kept us laughing an extra half hour over schedule!

The band Highway 14 (formerly Alberta Thunder) was a great combination of rock and country that people danced to right up until closing.

Thanks to IGA for giving us a great deal on the setup for the late night luncheon.

A big thank you to the setup, security, bar staff, hall decorator, dinner clean up and tare down volunteers. Without all of you, this night wouldn’t have been the success it was! Let us know if you want an event like this again next year…Valentine’s is on a weekend again in 2027!

One last thank you to the Village of Ryley for the hall rental programs that are available to all local non profit organizations!

We want to thank everybody…we have reached our max goal and sold out tickets for the dinner. So unfortunately we can’t take anymore call ins or e-transfers to hold or purchase tickets for the dinner portion of the event. But we will sell $25 tickets at the door after dinner for the 8pm Stand-Up Comedian and Alberta Thunder live band taking the stage at 9:30pm. Plus you still get to take part in the 50/50 draw and Silent Auction! Looking forward to seeing you all tonight!

208 tickets sold folks…excellent effort by all!

If you want to take a chance at purchasing tickets at the door, you are welcome to, but the caterer is cooking food by number of tickets sold. So to guarantee there will be enough food…[email protected] is where you can e-transfer your ticket purchase along with you name and your tickets will be waiting for you at the door. 1st come 1st served for ticket sales at the door.

We will have $25 tickets available the door after the meal for the evening of entertainment starting at 8pm with comedy.
