I was out walking the other day when I spotted a message on someone’s driveway: “Jesus is Lord.” It instantly made my day! It had to be the handiwork of a child, and it truly warms my heart to know that God’s Word is being passed on to future generations.

In a world that often feels chaotic, seeing such a simple yet profound declaration of faith reminds us of the innocence and truth that children bring. It’s a beautiful testament to the enduring power of God’s love and message, showing that His truth continues to inspire and uplift.

Moments like these encourage us to share our faith and nurture it in the hearts of the young ones around us. God’s Word is alive and well, and it’s heartening to see it manifest in such sweet, unexpected ways.

In a world where we often feel pressure to please everyone around us, remember that the only person we should strive to please is God. He is a good God who loves us deeply and desires for us to live a righteous and fulfilling life.

When you choose to obey God, you may face disappointment from others, but keep in mind that His love and approval far outweigh any temporary displeasure from those around you. God knows your heart and your intentions, and He wants what’s best for you.

In Acts 5:29, it reminds us, “We must obey God rather than men.” This scripture emphasizes the importance of prioritizing our relationship with God above all else.

As you navigate through life, stay focused on His guidance. Trust that God’s plans for you are filled with hope and purpose. His love is unwavering, and He is always with you, cheering you on as you walk in obedience.

So, my friend, keep your heart aligned with God’s will. His joy and peace will fill your life when you choose to follow Him, even if it means disappointing others. Remember, God loves you more than you can imagine, and He is always with you.

As we welcome 2026, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible blessings we’ve experienced this past year. God has been so good to us, guiding us through every event and every moment with His grace.

We want to inform everyone that we’ve had to change the venue for our upcoming Hope for the Holidays: Christmas Dinner and Gift Giving event. We’ll now be hosting it at the McIntyre Building, which is located right beside the pool!

We’re also excited to announce that we’ve added an extra time slot to accommodate even more families! If you’ve already registered, please reach out to us to confirm your new time slot.
