St Mary’s Bay Community Society
The St. Mary's Bay Community Center organizing committee wanted this space to be a gathering space of meaning and joy for all persons along St. Mary's Bay. Much is needed, but much can be accomplished. The founding personas of this Society believe that community centers are public locations where members of a community gather for group activities, social support, public information, and so many other purposes. The loss of their community school which was for them an anchor, they believed was an opportunity. However, now this group will be proactively advocating for services and developments to enhance the quality of life in our area.
