Supporting the health and performance of female athletes starts with education.

As coaches, parents, volunteers, and leaders in the game, we all play a role in creating a safe, informed, and supportive environment for girls and women in soccer.

FIFA has launched a FREE online Female Health & Performance education program, designed to help everyone involved in the women’s game better understand topics like:
✔️ Female physiology
✔️ Menstrual health
✔️ Injury prevention
✔️ Nutrition & recovery
✔️ Strength & conditioning
✔️ Pelvic health
…and much more. The program includes 30 learning modules across 13 topics and is designed for everyone from grassroots volunteers to high-performance coaches.

We encourage all of our coaches, team staff, parents, and anyone supporting female athletes to take advantage of this incredible free resource.

⚽ Exciting news for young footballers in the Lower Mainland!
Fusion FC and South Delta United Soccer Club have come together to bring the Official Manchester City Football Camp to Richmond, BC this July 13–17. This incredible opportunity gives boys and girls ages 7–17 the chance to train with official Manchester City Academy coaches and experience the training philosophy of one of the world’s top football clubs.
Camp participants will receive 15 hours of high-intensity training, on-field sessions, off-field workshops, an official Man City training kit, and a Manchester City diploma upon completion.
