WOW… we are incredibly honored and excited to share that 100 Women Who Care - Dawson Creek Chapter has been voted the Best Fundraising Event in the 2026 South Peace People’s Choice Awards presented by SL Enterprizes Ltd.! 💜

This recognition belongs to every single woman who has walked through our doors, brought a friend, cast a vote, shared our mission, and believed in the power of collective giving.

Together, because of YOU, we have now donated an incredible $235,000 back into OUR community. What started as a simple idea of women coming together to make a difference has grown into something truly powerful, and we could not be more grateful.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for us. Your support means so much and reminds us just how special this community is.

Most importantly, thank you to every past and present member of 100 Women Who Care. Your generosity continues to create real impact right here at home, and we are so proud of what we have accomplished together.

💜 $235,000 GIVEN BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY! 💜

That’s right… thanks to the incredible women of 100 Women Who Care - Dawson Creek Chapter, we have officially surpassed an AMAZING milestone of giving back! $235,000 to support local organizations, initiatives, and people right here in OUR community!
To every member, past and present, THANK YOU. Your generosity, compassion, and commitment to making a difference have helped us reach, and surpass, the quarter of a million dollar mark. What an incredible accomplishment!
Together, we are proof that when women come together, BIG things happen. We are so proud of the impact we continue to make locally, and we can’t wait to see what we accomplish next.

Here’s to community, connection, and continuing to make a difference… together. 💜

Today, we had the honour of presenting Step Up N Ride Society with a cheque for $13,600 on behalf of 100 Women Who Care - Dawson Creek Chapter, who selected them as the recipient at our April meeting.
The steering committee would also like to extend our deepest condolences to the staff, family, and friends of Mona McNalley. Mona was someone with a truly huge heart who believed deeply in helping others. She made an impact on so many families throughout our community, from babies to seniors, and her kindness and care will be remembered by many. She will be greatly missed.
We were incredibly honoured to present this donation today in support of the important work being done through Step Up N Ride and to celebrate the spirit of community and compassion that Mona embodied so well.

Thank you, Amy Kaempf!

Amy recently took on an incredible Charity Run, committing to run 5 km every hour for 12 hours, all in support of two local charities.
She chose 100 Women Who Care - Dawson Creek Chapter as one of the organizations she wanted to give back to, and we were so grateful to have her join us at our event on Monday, where she donated $700 toward our April charity.
Thank you, Amy, for your generosity, your dedication, and for giving back to both our group and our community 🩷
