This month marks 2 incredible years of Crowsnest Pride Society — and what a journey it has been 💜

From movie nights to mountain hikes, markets to meaningful conversations, none of this would have been possible without the love, support, and collaboration of our community.

🌈💖 The Crowsnest Pass continues to shine with kindness and inclusivity!

We’re so grateful for the visible allyship of our local businesses who proudly display inclusivity stickers, letting 2SLGBTQIA+ folks and their loved ones know that they are seen, safe, and welcome.

This week, we’re excited to celebrate Paws 2 Claws Pet Salon (Bellevue) for joining this growing movement of compassion. With their support, we now have 21 businesses across The Pass who have taken this step to lead with love and make our community stronger.

To every business and individual showing up in visible ways—thank you for being a leader and for making The Pass an even more welcoming place for all. 🌈✨

🌈 Thank you, Crowsnest Pass! 🌈

Our hearts are full after Thursday’s market — thank you to everyone who stopped by the Crowsnest Pride Society booth with a smile, a question, a hug, or a story. Your kindness and support remind us that love is louder, and community is everything. 🏳️‍🌈💛

We’re proud to be part of a place where so many are choosing inclusion, openness, and celebration of diversity. Your support helps remind 2SLGBTQIA+ folks—especially youth—that they are seen, valued, and never alone.

While we came together in joy, we also hold space for the truth: our rights are hard-won and still not fully equal. In Canada, it’s only been since:
• 2005 that same-sex couples could legally marry,
• 2017 that gender identity and expression were added to the Human Rights Act,
• and even today, q***r and trans folks face discrimination in housing, healthcare, education, and the workplace.

Pride is not a trend or a phase—it’s a movement rooted in love, resistance, and a vision for true equality. That’s why our work continues.

Thank you, Pass community, for showing up. Your support fuels the future we’re building together. 🫶

🌈✨ What a beautiful weekend at Crowfest! ✨🌈

We were blown away by the love, smiles, and support from our amazing community this weekend! 💖 So many folks stopped by our Crowsnest Pride Society booth — waving flags, sharing stories, learning ways to engage and support, and showing up in all the best ways. 🌟🏳️‍🌈

This little society started just a couple of years ago, and thanks to you — our incredible members, allies, volunteers, and fellow q***rs — we’re growing into something truly powerful, joyful, and deeply rooted in love and inclusion.

We are so grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up, speak out, and create space for everyone to be exactly who they are. 💫

THANK YOU for being part of this movement, this magic, and this momentum.
