A call out to all the crafty people who are looking to learn the art of macrame. Our group is geared towards the beginner to intermediate level so this is the perfect place to come and learn something new. A reminder to all in our group that are starting at 10AM now and run until 11:30AM on Tuesday, May 12 (second Tuesday of the month). We hope to see you there.😊

Tammy Bradford will be giving her "Bird Wars" presentation at the Rotacrest Hall tomorrow. If you are familiar with Tammy, then you know how much fun we will have. This timely topic comes up just as we are getting set for Bird Fest too. So join us May 5th at 10AM, admission is the usual $2 drop in fee.

"Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?" I hope so, because it's Sing-A-Long at Rotacrest Hall with New Horizons!

It's going to be a "Wonderful World" when we get together and belt out our songs along with the original tracks. "Let Your Love Flow" as we put the lyrics up on the big screen. It won't be "The End of the World" if you have forgotten the words to some of your old favourites. Feel just like you did back in the "Summer of '69" with great hits that you'll still be humming at "Sundown".

Sing-A-Long starts at 10:30 tomorrow morning at Rotacrest Hall and is only a $2 drop in. Any questions? Call Renée at 236-351-2002.

"Come On Go With Me" to SING-A-LONG at Rotacrest Hall on Tuesday morning 10:30am (24 March). "Don't Know Much About History," but did you know "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" "Under The Boardwalk"? Okay, I made that part up. Did you know that I was "Walkin' After Midnight" to go "Fishin' In The Dark" with my "Friends In Low Places" because "I've Got You Under My Skin." Perhaps these are some of the songs we'll be singing this week!

It's that time again, our monthly Macrame class is back. Just in time for Spring, we will be making a plant hanger. If you haven't tried this before, then you really don't know what you are missing out on. This is a good project to get started with, it's functional and looks great. Join us from 10:30 until noon on Tuesday, March 10. The cost is just $4 for all members. If you haven't got your membership yet, you can pick that up as well for just $12 for the year. Best bargain in town!

A reminder to everyone that our popular sing-a-long is taking place on Tuesday, February 24 from 10:30 until noon. Our activity leader has been working hard on putting together a fantastic playlist for this month. Mark your calendar, you won't want to miss out on this.

If you enjoy singing but you are concerned that you won't know the words, then don't worry about it any longer. At sing-a-long we project a video that has the lyrics for evryone to follow along with. All you need to bring with you is a willingness to have some fun, everything else is provided. The drop in fee for this activity is just $2 for members.
