Planning is underway for our 2026 banquet, and we’re looking for members who’d like to get involved in making it a memorable event! Whether you have lots of time to offer or can only help in small ways, your contribution will make a real difference.

There are many ways to participate, sharing ideas, helping with planning, setting up on the day, or simply providing feedback and support along the way. It’s a fun, collaborative project and a great opportunity to connect with others while shaping one of our highlight events of the year.

Creston Valley Rod and Gun Club, invites qualified local caterers to submit bids for our annual banquet on 21st February 2026, serving approximately 300+guests. As our event features wild game dishes, demonstrated experience in the safe preparation and service of wild game meat, according to BC food safety regulations, is preferred.

If catering the entire banquet is not within your scope, we are also happy to accept proposals from suppliers interested in providing appetizers only. This allows specialists in smaller or unique menu components, such as wild game appetizers, to participate in our event.
