What a fantastic Garden Party!

Everything is cleaned up and put away for another year, and we couldn't be more grateful for our community coming together.
We appreciate every single person who made this possible. Every minute of volunteer time, every dollar/item donated, and every dollar spent at the booths truly keeps this event going.

It’s that time of year again. Our annual Garden Party and biggest fundraiser of the year is quickly approaching and is being held this year on August 8th, 2026. We are looking for any local business, crafters, artists and individuals to donate a gift certificate, a promotional item or craft item that we can use for our Dollar Auction event from 10am to 3pm of Garden Party day. If this is something you or your business would like to support. It would help make our fundraiser successful and go a long way in helping us raise funds for fire equipment for our future needs going forward while serving and protecting our community.

If you plan on donating, you can contact either Aaron Johnson @ (902) 980-1429 or [email protected]. We will be happy to arrange pickup or drop off at the hall. Any donation over $25 in value we can provide a charitable donation receipt if requested.

August 8th! Mark your calendar!

As we (finally) arrive to boating season, we need to send a reminder about our parking lot.

We cannot allow the parking of trucks and trailers for people who are going on their boats for the day/weekend. Our lot is reserved for the use of the fire hall and our events.

Please do not put us in the position to have your vehicle towed. We have signs in place as reminders, but people still tend to ignore them. We will be keeping a close eye on this and will remove vehicles that do not comply. Thank you in advance for respecting us!
