This June 15, let’s stand together to prevent abuse, support awareness, and strengthen the systems that protect seniors in our communities. Learn the signs, share resources, and speak up for older adults who may be vulnerable.

Family Health and Fitness Day reminds us that staying active is something we can enjoy together. This year, let’s celebrate the power of movement, healthy habits, and strong community connections by making time for family walks, games, stretching, and outdoor play. Helpful resources include local parks and recreation programs, community health centers, and the National Health and Fitness Day resources in Canada.

We offer free virtual, telephone, and in-person exercise and falls prevention classes for older adults and seniors in the Etobicoke community. Classes are provided at different levels to suit your fitness needs and abilities and are led by certified senior fitness instructors or Registered Kinesiologists.
