Ready to feel stronger this summer? Our Summer Strength Program is now open to new members—and we have 6 spots left.
Strength training is one of the best ways to maintain muscle, stay resilient, and keep doing the activities you love as the years add up. If you’re a cross-country skier, cyclist, hiker, or runner looking for smart, supportive training, come lift with a great group this summer.
* Program designed by an experienced Kinesiologist specializing in strength & conditioning for athletes of all ages
* Train with a friendly group in Calgary (WinSport) or Canmore (Bill Warren Training Centre)
* Group sessions: Tuesday evenings, weekly from now to the end of August
* Plus a simple home workout so you can complete a second session on your own each week
* $275 for new members
