We rebuilt our website to better reflect our current experience at Essence to Essence.

We're turning toward depth, real talk through safe play and epic explorations.

Some are tired of carrying it alone.

Some are changing and can't name it yet.

Some had an experience that opened something, then life went back to normal and they didn't, quite.

And some are just curious.

Much of that is just normal life, and it gets amplified when you work with p.sych.edelic.§

If that's you, we made this space with you in mind and we bring the community piece too.

There's a way to start with a conversation, a way to learn how safety works, and retreats held with care.
